Nazanin is a multilingual Clinical Psychologist from the Netherlands with extensive academic training and over 18 years of clinical experience in the UAE.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Leiden University, specializing in Clinical and Health Psychology.

Nazanin provides psychotherapy for adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, intrusive or negative thoughts, distressing emotional states, unhealthy behaviors, and recurring relationship patterns.

Her primary therapeutic modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), through which she offers practical, evidence-based tools to help clients manage anxiety and other psychological difficulties.

She also integrates a psychodynamic/analytical approach when deeper exploration of past experiences, identifying recurring patterns and deepening insight and emotional understanding, and recognizing unconscious patterns.

Nazanin previously played as a point guard for the Netherlands National Team and Rotterdam Erasmus University. In the UAE, she competed with Sharjah Sports Club and won multiple 3-on-3 championships.

Combining her athletic background with her role as a Clinical Psychologist, she has a strong focus on Sport Psychology to support athlete performance.
