Dr. Leena Amiri is a Canadian-trained Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist known for her warm, compassionate, and family-centred approach to supporting children, adolescents, and their parents.
Alongside her clinical work in the UAE, she serves as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the UAE University College of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she teaches and mentors future physicians.
Dr. Amiri works with young people experiencing anxiety, ADHD, mood difficulties, behavioural challenges, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the emotional impact of life transitions. She believes every child and family deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported, and works collaboratively with both young people and parents to create practical, meaningful change beyond the consultation room.
