Dr. Nida has been a consultant psychiatrist since 2003. Her specialization was obtained through the Arab Board program, and she has been Arab Board certified in Beirut, Lebanon, since 2003. She completed her MD in Venezuela, her native country.
From 2004 to 2022, she worked as the Head of the Psychiatry Unit at Ain Wazein Medical Village in Lebanon, where she was responsible for psychiatry inpatients, outpatients, liaison services, and psychiatry national congresses. She also served as a consultant psychiatrist at the Royal Commission Hospital in Jubail, KSA, for two years, from 2012 to 2014.
Dr. Nida was a member of the Ministry of Justice’s “Sanction Reduction Committee” for five years, where she assessed prisoners as a consultant psychiatrist. Additionally, she served as a consultant psychiatrist for UNRWA clinics in Lebanon for five years and was a lecturer at the Lebanese University for 14 years.
