Zaina Anwar is a licensed physiotherapist who graduated with honors from the University of Sharjah, where she built a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. She began her career in the musculoskeletal (MSK) field, working with a wide range of conditions before expanding her expertise into the intersection of health and beauty.
Her passion for holistic care and aesthetics led her to the United States, where she completed training in Zoga Face Integration with Wojciech Cackowski, under the internationally recognized Anatomy Trains by Tom Myers. Over the course of a year, she obtained multiple certifications in advanced beauty techniques, including osteopathic face work, fascia release, lymphatic drainage, and sculpting massage.
